Common asparagus (Asparagus racemosus)
Scientific studies show that in women who regularly consume this plant, there is an increase in the number of mammary glands and an increase in milk secretion, which is associated with an increased synthesis of prolactin and somatotropin.
The rich content of bioflavonoids and natural antibiotics in the plant cleanses the blood and mucous membranes of the female genital organs.
Since the plant contains many analogues of female sex hormones, it is used in women during menopause, as well as in women who have undergone hysterectomy.
Shatavari balances the female hormonal system by accelerating the conversion of estradiol to estriol by stimulating the synthesis of progesterone. Thus, the plant prevents estrogen-dependent diseases (fibroids, mastopathy, endometriosis, cervical erosion).
May have anti-cancer effects.
Shatavari has a positive effect on the male reproductive system - it is used to treat impotence and inflammation of the genital organs.
Improves spermatogenesis.
Shatavari is an effective emollient for atrophic hypoacid gastritis, stomach ulcers, dry skin and even herpes.
Shatavari quenches thirst and promotes fluid retention in the body, which is justified in the complex treatment of enterocolitis.
Effective against bleeding and hemorrhoids.
